
CAFF and PAME Secretariats welcome Reagan Aylmer in her role as Arctic Marine Projects and Engagement Manager

The Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna (CAFF) and the Protection of the Arctic Marine Environment (PAME) Secretariats are pleased to announce that Reagan Aylmer has joined as the new Arctic Marine Projects and Engagement Manager.
In this role, Reagan will support and advance marine-related projects and joint initiatives across CAFF and PAME, strengthening coordination, partnerships, and engagement in support of Arctic biodiversity conservation and marine environmental protection.
Reagan’s career has been shaped by a strong interest in international environmental cooperation and multilateral collaboration. She holds an LL.M. in Public International Law, specializing in International Security and Environmental Law, from the University of Oslo, a Master’s in Advanced International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, and a BSc in Psychology from Trinity College.
She previously served as an Advisor at the Arctic Council Secretariat, supporting the Arctic Council Chairship and strengthening engagement with Observer states and organizations. Before that, she worked as an Associate Partnerships and Implementation Officer at the International Atomic Energy Agency, where she advanced Member State engagement in the peaceful uses of nuclear technology.
Reagan is based in Tromsø, Norway and supported through an administrative agreement between CAFF, PAME and the AMAP Secretariats.
